An Insider’s Look at Lipofuze
There are a lot of statistics and reports that say nearly 90% of all diet pills fail to produce the results dieters are hoping for, which is why I’m naturally a little skeptical about diet pills like Lipofuze that are said to be the ultimate solution for slimming down and losing “serious weight.”
Can a diet pill really help you eliminate binge eating, burn fat, boost energy levels, and build lean muscles all at the same time? It seemed too good to be true.
However, I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw the countless positive consumer reviews listed about this product, and you can read some here. So many dieters just like me managed to get incredible results in such a short amount of time!
I had to find out if this diet pill could work for me in the same way it worked for them, so I decided to do a little investigation of my own. I read up on ingredients, pricing, and so much more to determine whether or not Lipofuze really offered the most bang for my buck – and what I found was shocking.
Every single ingredient was specifically chosen to promote weight loss. Not just one or two active herbs and a lot of fillers – but 7 clinically proven fat burners and appetite suppressants (as well as a healthy dose of Vitamin D to top it all off).
Don’t believe me? Take a look at some of the ingredients listed below, and it may surprise you too what Lipofuze can do. If you have any other questions about Lipofuze’s powerful formula, you can contact me personally or leave a comment below.
What’s in Lipofuze?
When I first learned about Lipofuze and what it could do, I was initially impressed with the fact that Lipofuze offered all-natural ingredients that I actually recognize!
Scientifically proven to be effective, Lipofuze ingredients work naturally with the body’s fat burning mechanisms to help dieters lose weight faster than dieting and exercising alone.
A few are listed below:
CoEnzyme Q10 (50 mg)
CoEnzyme Q10 is an enzyme both produced by the body and in a lab. CQ10 is responsible for transporting and breaking down fat into energy, giving it a wide level of control over metabolism. By supplying more CQ10 to the system, you’re giving your metabolism a better chance to improve.
Caffeine Anhydrous (200 mg)
A caffeine rush gives you more than just energy—it also delivers powerful fat-burning properties. Caffeine stimulates greater action in the central nervous system to increase body head and raise metabolism. This increases caloric expenditure and puts you on the fast track for weight loss.
African Mango Seed Extract (150 mg)
Also known irvingia gabonensis, African mango chocked full of fiber, antioxidants, and various other nutrients for promoting better health. As a powerful appetite suppressant, African mango keeps you from binge eating and helps you lose weight. Additional studies have shown that taking African Mango Daily can fight abdominal fat and lower cholesterol.
Green Select Phytosome Green Tea (150 mg)
Green Tea Select is well-celebrated for offering maximum catechin and polyphenol concentrations that reduce the damage caused by free radicals. Green Tea Select is particularly known for its EGCG, a polyphenol that can help lower blood pressure and promote a healthy immune system. The phytosome in phytosome green tea enhances absorption, giving you faster access to all these benefits.
Green Coffee Bean Extract (200 mg)
Working much like caffeine, green coffee bean is another powerful stimulant. It contains 4 times the caffeine as black coffee bean to raise metabolism and increase fat burning. In a 2012 study, it was found to produce an average 17-pound weight loss in test subjects.
For more information about the other ingredients in Lipofuze, I suggest visiting the official website: www.lipofuze.com. They’ve done a nice job of being completely transparent when it comes to what’s in Lipofuze and how much is in there.
Ok, Lipofuze Gives You Results, But What About Side Effects?
Many dieters are worried that the risks of taking a supplement far outweigh the benefits, and in most cases, that would be true.
However, Lipofuze does not contain any harmful ingredients or synthetic chemicals that you should worry about. If you’re sensitive to caffeine, then you may experience a few negative side effects such as headaches, nausea, or dizziness, but these side effects are mild (if you experience them at all) and they typically fade within a few days.
Will Lipofuze Help Me Lose Weight If I Don’t Exercise or Diet?
Lipofuze is a powerful fat burner that can definitely increase metabolism and give you better control over your weight loss results. A few individuals respond well enough to the formula that they don’t have to step foot in the gym and they’ll still lose weight with Lipofuze.
However, everyone responds differently to Lipofuze, and even though Lipofuze is powerful, it’s designed to encourage healthy behaviors such as eating healthy foods and exercising frequently rather than providing a quick-fix or band-aid solution.
If you want to see real weight loss results, you better be prepared to put in a little effort of your own. And while you might see some results without exercising or eating a healthy, balanced diet, you’ll see the best results when you do increase your exercise and eat right.
Lipofuze Looks Great! Where Can I Buy Lipofuze Online?
One of the best things about Lipofuze is the fact that you can buy Lipofuze online without having to worry about autoship scams or shifty salesman. Simply take a look at any of these reliable websites listed below, and you’ll automatically be directed to discounts deals and low prices – as well as a great 100% Money Back Guarantee.

After reading several pages of reviews, I decided to try it. I ordered 2 bottles of the Lipofuze along with 2 bottles of the detox. The first day I got it, I took one of the Lipofuze (around 2 pm). I hadn’t eaten much for lunch, and didn’t eat afterward (dumb), and by 4:30 pm was in really bad shape. I was shaking and on the verge of passing out. Once I ate, though, the symptoms faded.
The next day, I took both a detox and Lipofuze pill at lunch. The symptoms did not return, and I felt energized.
It’s been 5 days and though I opted to not finish the detox, I’ve been taking one Lipofuze a day and my appetite has decreased a lot. I got the courage today to take two, and felt fine.
I have been stuck at 152 lbs for a year and a half now, since having my last child. I haven’t weighed myself yet, but I have no doubt that if it continues to suppress my appetite, I will lose the 15 or so lbs I’ve been so desperate to get rid of. Today for lunch I had a small salad and had to make myself eat two taquitos. For dinner, 1/2 bowl of soup and a couple bites of mac and cheese, and I feel so full!
Word of advice: Take the pill right after eating, especially if you have an issue with your blood sugar. Occasionally between meals I get a little shaky, so I grab a tiny candy and the shakes go away (peppermint or something like that). I used to have this happen all the time before my last child, when my body was burning calories ridiculously fast (I was super skinny).
So far, so good.

After my pregnancy I am having a hard time loosing weight. Before getting pregnant, I was 140, after I was 190. Its been so hard to lose the weight, I tried exercising, pills but nothing.
I Google for diet pills and this came up. It reduced the hunger a lot but I feel really weird, it feels like I have the pill stuck in my throat, I feel shaky and dizziness, a bit of diarrhea and insomnia at night, is this normal? Will the effects go away? Its my third day and still feel the same, its working I think but going through this 30 days, its not worth it?

I tried LipoFuze for a month. Every day I had terrible heartburn, and after the second week I got headaches in the afternoon. It did suppress my appetite until 6pm or so…then I couldn’t stop snacking! Maybe it will work for other people. I didn’t lose anything, so I have returned my bottles-the toll free customer service number has to give you a RMA# before you mail it back, and I had no problems talking to a rep on the phone-but did not receive any replies to email.

I received my 3 bottles of Lipofuze and 2 bottles of 3 Day Detox on Friday(12/17/10) 2 days after ordering. I started taking it Saturday morning. The only side effects I have felt is a little shaky and dizzy if I get up to fast. I have eaten less and don’t feel hungry or starving which is a big plus for me. I weigh 240 and hope to shed a few pounds to help me get motivated to start working out again. I have not weighed myself yet but will in the middle of the week.

am i supposed to take the 3day detox and lipofuze diet pills at the same time?
or do i do the 3 day detox then after finishing it do i start lipofuze?
admin Jul. 6, 2012 6:13 pm
By completing the 3 Day Detox before you can kick start your weight loss, but the two products are safe to take at the same time.

admin Jul. 6, 2012 6:12 pm
You should definitely consult your parents before taking any diet pill. Read the ingredients with them and make sure that there aren’t any ingredients that you have allergies or sensitivities toward.
amy Jan. 11, 2011 4:40 am
does the weight stay off when you stop taking this product? And im only looking to lose 15 pounds will this work within a month?
amy Jan. 11, 2011 4:41 am
when you stop taking this product with you keep the weight off?
admin Jul. 6, 2012 6:09 pm
Because Lipofuze is also designed to increase muscle mass, your metabolism should be boosted to help you keep the weight off.

I have been taking the pills for 3 days now. After every pill I have an awful burning in my stomach, get light headed and dizzy and feel like I need throw up. This morning I did throw up and now my throat burns too! I haven’t lost any weight with these and I have been exercising and dieting as well.
gina Jan. 12, 2011 3:18 pm
this is my first week on this and the only side effect is that I get a slight headache but other than that i have a ton of energy .I have my own business and my energy level needs to be up there I have not lost any weight yet but I am only taking one a day to start off with will increase next week . keep you posted
Tara Jan. 13, 2011 12:13 am
When I took lipofuze I used it as a way to make myself throw up. I encourage others to use this pill not as an alternative to an eating disorder but to carefully read the instructions and do as followed. When you follow the instructions you do lose weight.

Today is my second day on lipofuze. No heartburn. No stomache aches. I made sure that i drink a bottle of water everytime i take a pill. I felt a bit nauseous after my 2nd pill of the day yesterday and a bit nauseous this morning after my first but its tolerable. Im 19 years old in college and im about 20 pounds overweight. I dont want to be skinny but i just want to look better. Im 143 pounds at the moment and i am 4’11″. i will keep you all posted on my progress or nonprogress.
LunaMoth Jan. 31, 2011 7:04 pm
Took my frist 2 pills today, did the detox beofrehand and it was great, i felt full.
today i fell full to with the pills, you definatly have to eat after 30mins (it does make your tummy feel off) and drink plenty of water (i drink up to 4 bottles of water a day 20oz each) the only side effect i feel is a bit sleepy/dizzy but i can let that go =)
hopefully i can loose the 10-15lbs i want to!
Tiffany Jan. 31, 2011 11:04 pm
Do i take the 3 day detox with Lipofuze pill or before?
admin Jul. 6, 2012 6:02 pm
The manufacturers say that it is fine if you want to take them together, but if you take them separately, take the detox system before to kickstart your weight loss.
ashleeee Feb. 6, 2011 12:28 am
well i started this a couple weeks ago and im weighing myself next week but so far i have noticed it definatly decreases my appetite (GREAT!!!!) most days i only have like 2 meals and a snack or so and befor i had like 3 meals and snacked…well all the time so decreasing my appetite will definately help:). And i only had side effects the first day, like it felt like someone kicked my stomache or somthing but then every other day i’ve been fine. good luck everyone!

Shonda Feb. 21, 2011 4:29 pm
Did some research and figured I might as well give it a try. Just ordered it a few hours ago and should get to me by 2/23 or 2/25 and will be sure to post after a week of taking it. I’m really hoping it will go well. I’m 5’5 and 210 and really need to shed quite a bit for May 28. And based on the reviews, I will be sure to drink plenty of water to keep the side effects down.
Susannah Feb. 21, 2011 9:18 pm
Hi everyone, I was just reading all the post and i have to say that I have been taking lipofuze for 2 weeks now and have not noticed any differance in my weight and i have been working out as well. Kimberly Feb. 22, 2011 4:52 pm
I bought Lipozene about two months ago and after taking the 1st pill felt awful. I was dizzy, felt faint, had the jitters and a lil nauseous. After reading some of the reviews and suggestions on the best way to take the product I’ve decided to give it another try because I desperately want to lose 30lbs. I took my first pill yesterday around 5:00 with about 20 ounces of water and had a burst of energy while I worked out on my elliptical. I had trouble falling asleep last night but that was fine since I used this time to catch up on some reading and played a few games online until I was able to go to sleep. I took my next pill this morning around 6:30 about 15 to 20 minutes before my breakfast which was a small bowl of cereal. I haven’t felt any of the side effects this time so I’m elated about that. I’ve been to the bathroom already twice this morning which is different for me but I’m drinking lots of water. I won’t weigh myself until the weekend but I’m really optimistic about my results this time and I’m determined to make this work. I already notice a decline in my appetite which I’m more than estatic about because I have a bad habit of munching on snacks throughtout the day. I’ll post my results after I weigh in. Good luck to everyone, may we all reach our goals.
amie Mar. 13, 2011 12:43 am
I won’t be much help because I have only been on Lipofuze for three days now. I have already lost a total of 6.5 pounds. I’m sure it’s water weight, but weight is weight. I eat extremely healthy and exercise daily. My problem is that I get extremely nauseated for several hours after the second pill. I was wondering if any of you know if it goes away after awhile? Any feedback would be helpful. Thanks.
admin Jul. 6, 2012 5:56 pm
Some users have found that taking Lipofuze on a completely empty stomach causes an upset stomach. If you need to eat a small snack before you take your second dose of Lipofuze that should help alleviate the nausea.
Teri Mar. 15, 2011 4:32 pm
I have been taking LipoFuze for over 6 months now and have absolutely no problems. I have read these reviews and felt like I owed it to myself to tell my story so maybe it might help one of you out there interested in getting some assistance in your weight loss, like I did.
I am NOT relying on this pill to be magic and shed the pounds off of me, I have also altered my eating. I eat a very healthy diet every day, making sure that I get a well balanced menu every day with the correct amount of fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, whole grains, and plant-based fats. Oh yeah, I do have one cheat meal per week, sometimes two..and it helps me to remain on the straight and narrow each day. I am not a very disciplined person, so my story should be encouraging to a lot of you.
This diet aid is just that, an aid. It does help to suppress my appetite, but it also helps me lose the weight faster than if I did not take it.
Trust me, I have tested this on myself. I stopped taking LipoFuze for 30 days, then started again, and wow, I can tell you, this is a product I highly recommend. By the way, I am 47 year old female that does not get an overly amount of exercise and I am seeing results. My next challenge is to increase that and hopefully I should be moving faster on my weight loss AND Healthy eating journey.

I am considering taking lipofuze but i have anxiety and am on zoloft. Does anyone have any suggestions?
admin Jul. 6, 2012 5:53 pm
Lipofuze’s natural ingredients shouldn’t interfere with Zoloft’s formula. However, if you are sensitive to stimulants such as caffeine you might want to start with a low dose.
Latricia Ward Apr. 2, 2011 9:01 pm
In 2010 a few friends and I who worked together decided to compete and weigh ourselves each friday…We had 1 cheat day per month and agreed to not eat junk food, soda, juices with sugar cheese, bread or any white products other than wheat, no white rice but brown rice and wheat pasta etc…wine, beer and even fried chicken were allowed b/c it did not fall into those categories…I’m sure eliminating a large amount of sugar and junk caused the weight lost but we agreed to be active 3 times a week which was easy for me b/c I like being active….In 3 months of doing this and using lipofuze 1 started at 189 and ended at 153. A total of 36 pounds and beat out the group..I felt weird taking the product at first but it became better after a few days…Today I am starting again b/c I lost motivation to work out and eat healthy while taking the pill…I gained alot of it back and today i purchased it again starting at 179…..I will keep you posted….

I am looking forward to use Lipofuze… i wanted to know where is it available in india and what is the cost likely to be.. looking forward for the reply…
admin Jul. 6, 2012 5:52 pm
Although we aren’t aware of any distributors in India, you can ship the product to your address. Lipofuze’s official website has more information on shipping locations and costs: http://www.lipofuze.com/
vanessa caranau Apr. 6, 2012 3:02 pm
I bought your product for maybe 2 months already and I havent started yet the product. I’d like to start drinking it cause im done with my medicines. Can you please advise me the dosage of this and also the detox
vanessa caranay Apr. 6, 2012 3:04 pm
can you send whats the dosage? how to drink this together with the detox
admin Jul. 6, 2012 5:50 pm
The manufacturers of Lipofuze recommend 2 capsules each day. Because the ingredients in the detox system that can be free with Lipofuze are so different, it should be fine if your dosages overlap.
Kyle Jul. 17, 2012 6:53 pm
I wanted to let everyone know this product has had great results, but one thing that has helped me in making it work properly is having lots of water and fluids with electrolytes which will help with the shakes and dizzness, just my imput good luck all
Baylee Aug. 8, 2012 9:09 pm
I received my first order of Lipofuze today, I was a little nervous to take the pill for my first time since I seen on the comment people have felt sick for the first couple days then got better. But I took my first one today and feel fine, I drank 16oz’s of water before and after I took the pill then had lunch 30 minutes later. I am already very happy that with this product as I feel energized and no side effects, hopefully continues this way! I am normally quite sensitive to different pills and food so it was a relief when I felt good afterwards. When I start to lose weight I will higher my rating.
Jovi Aug. 15, 2012 9:35 pm
I took Lipofuze for 4 months. I weighed 107 kilo and down to 82. It helped me cut down on cravings, toned my body. I was a size 22 with a height of 167 cm. I went down to a size 14. This pills did a lot of difference as i tried many diet pills in the past with no good results. The only side effect is slight heartburn but as you go along this symptoms will be gone. I will recommend this to my friends who are really desperate to lose weight.
Jovi Aug. 15, 2012 9:37 pm
This is a 5 star for me….
Joseph Aug. 20, 2012 9:50 pm
I am a 38 year old male. I only needed to lose about 15 lbs (195) but was having a hard time getting it off so I looked to supplements. I ordered 30 days of Lipofuze along with Nature’s Secret Ultimate Cleanse with excellent results! I lost 15 lbs in 45 days! My exercise consisted of brisk walking and incremental sprints for 1hr 5-6 days a week, plus I ate chicken, fish, salads, nuts, fruits, and drank lots of water with 4-5 days of upper body workouts and pilates for abdominal strengthening and toning. I could definitely tell that Lipofuze gave me a boost in energy for my morning exercise and after lunch, but its hard to tell exactly what contributed most to my weight loss. I now have my six pack back and have toned up my entire body including weight loss from my face and neck. I would definitely order Lipofuze again and recommend to friends and family…
Joseph Aug. 20, 2012 9:54 pm
I would also note that I did not have any side effects whatsoever from taking Lipofuze. Though I would recommend taking early in the day as it will keep you up at night if you take it too late. I took one in the morning 8 a.m. and 1 before lunch 1 p.m. Overall good product…
Joseph Aug. 20, 2012 10:00 pm
One more thing, Lipofuze definitely helped cut my cravings sthroughout the day. I allowed 1400-1600 calories a day and used MyFitness Pal (iPhone app) to help keep track of everything and make sure I didn’t go over. Lipofuze definitely helped reduce those cravings that were impossible to ignore before.

Can you take lipofuze with a daily multi vitamin?
Admin Jan. 7, 2013 9:41 am
Most people can safely take Lipofuze and a multi-vitamin. However, if you have a medical condition or take medication, I recommend talking to your doctor before combining the two.
Genesis Jan. 31, 2013 9:23 pm
I havent taken lipofuze just yet.. But I want to know if I can drink it safely while drinking birth control pills? Im 22 by the way.
Admin Feb. 1, 2013 2:36 pm
Lipofuze is a safe diet pill. However, there’s a chance it may affect the birth control pill’s effectiveness. I recommend talking to a health professional before taking Lipofuze at the same time as birth control pills.
Delores Feb. 13, 2013 2:19 pm
I was going to order this for my husband that I have one question he drinks beer will that affect the pill and can he still lose weight please let me know the answer thanks
Admin Feb. 19, 2013 3:43 pm
The company recommends avoiding alcoholic beverages while taking Lipofuze for optimal results. But there’s no danger in combining Lipofuze with beer. The choice is yours.

Lipofuze ships to many countries around the world; including several countries in Africa. Unfortunately, it does not ship to Nigeria.
laura Mar. 5, 2013 1:10 pm
want to try it… but not sure if i can use it… im breastfeeding a 10 months baby only once/day normaly at 1 am or at 7 am … can i use lipofuze?
Admin Mar. 8, 2013 2:33 pm
According to WebMD.com, “caffeine is possibly safe in pregnant or breast-feeding women in daily amounts of less than 200 mg.” Since Lipofuze has more than 200 mg caffeine in each serving, I recommend you don’t use it while breastfeeding.
Kel Mar. 10, 2013 12:46 am
Will Lipofuze interfere with Metformin for PCOS?
Admin Mar. 12, 2013 3:55 pm
I don’t know if Lipofuze will interact with Metformin, but there is a chance. So, I strongly recommend talking to your doctor before buying Lipofuze.

I’ve started Lipofuse with one in the moring and one at noon. Taking them precisely 30 minutes before lunch is difficult. I have not done much in changing in my diet. I tend to eat lots of fruits and dont eat red meat very often. Red meat seems to flare up the uric acid and that causes me problems for my feet. BTW I’m 55 years old. I dont eat breakfast becuase I dont feel hungry and get sick to my stomach if I do. So, I only eat twice a day with my main meal around 8pm. I started at 182 and I’m now at 154. It does work, but you do have about a week to 2 weeks of getting the gut used to the stuff. You’ll also have some issues with bathroom frequency, but if your wanting to loose weight and need help this does work despite what others tell you. You do need to lessen your intake and control portion sizes. Clue – drink lots of water to curb the hunger.
Katie Aug. 7, 2013 2:48 pm
I Just Ordered Lipofuze, I also take Zoloft prescribed to me will it affect me? And i’m looking to lose weight in my thighs mostly, does it help with that? Anyone?
admin Aug. 23, 2013 11:29 am
Katie, you should always consult a doctor before combining supplements. Lipofuze may react negatively to your current supplement. Also, no supplement is capable of spot reducing weight. Fortunately, Lipofuze does help a lot of dieters lose weight all over – so you’ll not only lose weight in your thighs but everywhere else too!
Ray Aug. 9, 2013 10:02 am
I bought this a while back and only now started taking the second bottle I had. The date on the bottom of the bottle are expired but dear lordie are the results I’m having amazing!
Like I said, I’ve been on this stuff before… and my body reacted violently(vomiting, cold sweat, diarrhea, unable to stand up due to dizziness, etc, etc, etc)
Even during all that I didn’t loose any weight so I’m not sure what’s different… maybe the stuff hadn’t cured yet? But anyway. I’ve only been taking it for 4 days and I’ve already lost most of my weight.
I know it’s insane I was almost 300lbs and I’m 5’6″ 22y/o female (With a history of being 300+lbs)
Anyway, I haven’t actually stepped on a scale, but I can look in a mirror and actually SEE a figure again. I HAVE ANKLE BONES!
I’m not saying the expiration date has much to do with it, of if it’s just the way I’m taking it now (One in the morning when I open my eyes and one right before I close them at night and sleeping 8+ hours).
It’s amazing and I’d buy this again in a heart beat… you know, if bills didn’t come first. lol
Victoria Dec. 4, 2013 3:22 pm
I am expecting to get the pill today, but from this review a lot of you are active people and eat healthy.. But I’m trying to finish school, and I don’t eat the most healthy. Although, I like good food, and I have nothing against working out I just don’t have the time or way to do so.. I’d like to know if this pill will help me loose weight with the little excersise I get.. I’m 5’7″ and I weigh 180lbs and my goal weight is 140.
Does this pill help me loose weight even if I don’t excersise and eat “healthy”?
admin Dec. 5, 2013 11:36 am
Victoria, many people have had success with lipofuze without making any changes to their current lifestyle. The best results come from a healthy diet and exercise of course, and results vary between individuals. It might be a good tool for you, but it depends on how your body responds to the ingredients.
