Something to get used to - I can see how people may find it sickening. Harden up! My recommendation would be to exercise for 30-60 mins a day (that's the easy part). The pill should take care of overeating but still eat healthily, junk food in moderation etc.

Here's what I found: reflux - if you have reflux problems like me, it's best to take a daily over-the-counter medication, otherwise you'll be hating hating Lipofuze. It's very strong, like you just swallowed half of your spice cabinet. Sleepless: taking two a day will make it hard for you to fall asleep at night. I've moved up my second dose to 1030 am and eat lunch at 11am in an effort to reduce my nightly troubles with monor success. Thank God my blood pressure pill helps me sleep! Results: I work out (run 3 miles, some exercises too) 4 days a week early in the morning (military PT). I take the Lipofuze first thing when I wake up and then drink a half bottle of Boost protien shake on my drive to work - this settle my stomach back down from the Lipofuze assault. At work all day I find I am full of energy but not so spun up I can't function. I can tell my body is burning calaries at a high rate. I've lost 15 pounds (one month), made weight for weigh-in and have a noticable decrease in belly fat. It's been very cool to see the spare tire reduced down to a bump. Weight loss has slowed, but I've been "celebrating" too much and eating more then I should. I'm back on track now (after a three day detox). Also, belly fat comes off quick, deep fat inside is slower to reduce - must be patient. My neck arms and back are slimming up to without impact on my muscle strength. Ok. Well I am back. I started taking these pills last Friday. I have now lost 8lbs!! When I first take them I do get a bit nauseated and I can feel a burning sensation in my stomach. Started the pills today. Basically what it seems like is that you're supposed to take the 3-day detox prior to taking the lipofuze. Basically, the first 3 days, just do the detox. I haven't had any bad side effects with the detox. I lost my appetite and not in a negative way.. Stomach burns for a couple of mins (less than 4).. Doesn't give me too much extra energy..
