In 2010 a few friends and I who worked together decided to compete and weigh ourselves each friday...We had 1 cheat day per month and agreed to not eat junk food, soda, juices with sugar cheese, bread or any white products other than wheat, no white rice but brown rice and wheat pasta etc...wine, beer and even fried chicken were allowed b/c it did not fall into those categories...I'm sure eliminating a large amount of sugar and junk caused the weight lost but we agreed to be active 3 times a week which was easy for me b/c I like being active....In 3 months of doing this and using lipofuze 1 started at 189 and ended at 153. A total of 36 pounds and beat out the group..I felt weird taking the product at first but it became better after a few days...Today I am starting again b/c I lost motivation to work out and eat healthy while taking the pill...I gained alot of it back and today i purchased it again starting at 179.....I will keep you posted....

I have been taking LipoFuze for over 6 months now and have absolutely no problems. I have read these reviews and felt like I owed it to myself to tell my story so maybe it might help one of you out there interested in getting some assistance in your weight loss, like I did.

I am NOT relying on this pill to be magic and shed the pounds off of me, I have also altered my eating. I eat a very healthy diet every day, making sure that I get a well balanced menu every day with the correct amount of fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, whole grains, and plant-based fats. Oh yeah, I do have one cheat meal per week, sometimes two..and it helps me to remain on the straight and narrow each day. I am not a very disciplined person, so my story should be encouraging to a lot of you.

This diet aid is just that, an aid. It does help to suppress my appetite, but it also helps me lose the weight faster than if I did not take it.

Trust me, I have tested this on myself. I stopped taking LipoFuze for 30 days, then started again, and wow, I can tell you, this is a product I highly recommend. By the way, I am 47 year old female that does not get an overly amount of exercise and I am seeing results. My next challenge is to increase that and hopefully I should be moving faster on my weight loss AND Healthy eating journey.

I won't be much help because I have only been on Lipofuze for three days now. I have already lost a total of 6.5 pounds. I'm sure it's water weight, but weight is weight. I eat extremely healthy and exercise daily. My problem is that I get extremely nauseated for several hours after the second pill. I was wondering if any of you know if it goes away after awhile? Any feedback would be helpful. Thanks.

I bought Lipozene about two months ago and after taking the 1st pill felt awful. I was dizzy, felt faint, had the jitters and a lil nauseous. After reading some of the reviews and suggestions on the best way to take the product I've decided to give it another try because I desperately want to lose 30lbs. I took my first pill yesterday around 5:00 with about 20 ounces of water and had a burst of energy while I worked out on my elliptical. I had trouble falling asleep last night but that was fine since I used this time to catch up on some reading and played a few games online until I was able to go to sleep. I took my next pill this morning around 6:30 about 15 to 20 minutes before my breakfast which was a small bowl of cereal. I haven't felt any of the side effects this time so I'm elated about that. I've been to the bathroom already twice this morning which is different for me but I'm drinking lots of water. I won't weigh myself until the weekend but I'm really optimistic about my results this time and I'm determined to make this work. I already notice a decline in my appetite which I'm more than estatic about because I have a bad habit of munching on snacks throughtout the day. I'll post my results after I weigh in. Good luck to everyone, may we all reach our goals.

this product did not work for me. When I tried to contact the company to get a refund I was on hold for over an hour, my emails were returned and it says I need an RMA to return the product. Good luck getting that if you can't reach them. I filed a complaint with the BBB, they are in Utah. Don't do business with them

Did some research and figured I might as well give it a try. Just ordered it a few hours ago and should get to me by 2/23 or 2/25 and will be sure to post after a week of taking it. I'm really hoping it will go well. I'm 5'5 and 210 and really need to shed quite a bit for May 28. And based on the reviews, I will be sure to drink plenty of water to keep the side effects down.

I took Lipofuze for a week and within those first couple of days, I felt like crap like I had to throw up right after taking it. I had a major headache and no energy I drank plenty of water...I thought I would feel betther within a couple of days like all the reviews said but..Nope I couldn't take it, I had to stop because that's how bad I felt, I didn't want to end up in the hospital like one customer did. I also didn't lose any weight like it said I would. I would not recommend Lipofuze to anyone, just stick to working out and watching what you eat...you will feel so much better!
